Alhamdulillah! With the help of the Almighty Allah, your Qarze Hasanah, generous donations and heartful duaas have helped us achieve this initiative in a very short period of time. May Allah accept all our humble efforts (Ameen).
In order to provide our students with the best possible accommodation, resources and learning experience, Dar-us-Sunnah Madani Trust purchased property 126 Caldmore Road, Walsall in August 2008 for £250,000, funded mainly through Qarze Hasanah.
Extensive refurbishment, and repair works have been carried out since purchase in order to facilitate all the activities currently running.
Currently £150,000 of Qarze Hasanah still remains outstanding. We are sure you agree that this is a very noble cause in which you participate and we require your moral and financial support to repay the remaining Qarze Hasanah.
We Need:
- 70 people to donate £1,000 each
- 100 people to donate £500 each
- 120 people to donate £250 each
The Property is also undergoing extensive repairs which totals to around £40,000.
We urge you to be part of this great rewarding Sadqa Jariyah (continuing reward) project and hope that you will assist us by making dua and donating generously towards this noble cause.
